Steve Marsden is a Business Development Manager in the System and Organizational Controls (SOC) services group, where he supports small to medium-sized businesses in navigating the security frameworks needed to achieve compliance. He finds it incredibly rewarding to help business owners and leaders explore new technologies that drive success, offering valuable insights and guidance to make their daily operations easier. Steve enjoys connecting with people, assisting them in understanding compliance requirements, and simplifying the process—while ensuring the journey is engaging and even a little fun. Steve earned his degree in Marketing, Advertising, and Communications from the University of North Dakota.
Outside of work, Steve enjoys biking, walking, being on the radio, flying in hot air balloons and small airplanes, fishing, and spending time with his family and dogs. A favorite three-season getaway is the family cottage on Rainy Lake, Ontario.
