Kristin Van Eck is a Manager at Copeland Buhl, specializing in individual, trust, estate, and gift tax services for high-net-worth individuals and families. Prior to joining Copeland Buhl, she held multiple roles at a national accounting firm, where she served as a tax professional within the banking industry and trust compliance teams. Kristin also has corporate accounting experience, having worked for a regional chain of gas station stores on corporate and owner-level tax matters.

Kristin is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Master of Business Taxation from the University of Minnesota, along with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Mathematics, with an emphasis in Actuarial Science, from Minnesota State University Moorhead.

Kristin and her husband enjoy volunteering at their church, cheering on their three children at sporting events, and spending time together as a family working on their 10-acre property in rural Minnesota.
