Jenny Elia is the Senior HR & Talent Manager at Copeland Buhl, where she leads the firm’s recruiting and human resource functions. She collaborates closely with the firm’s internal recruiters to identify and attract top talent for both entry-level and experienced professionals. Jenny is dedicated to ensuring a smooth onboarding process, while also designing tailored training programs and career development paths for team members. Additionally, she plays a key role in providing a comprehensive and robust benefits package, all while fostering a strong culture of team camaraderie and collaboration.

Jenny joined Copeland Buhl as an accounting intern and spent ten years working in tax services, before stepping into her current role. Her experience as a CPA at the firm uniquely positions her to lead HR and talent initiatives, as she has a deep understanding of the challenges and needs of those in the profession. She particularly enjoys watching new team members evolve and grow in their areas of expertise within the firm.

Jenny holds a Bachelor of Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Administration, both cum laude with distinction, from the University of Minnesota – Duluth.
