Holly Bowman is the Talent Acquisition Manager at Copeland Buhl, where she is responsible for overseeing all phases of the experienced candidate recruitment process. She proactively sources candidates from a variety of recruiting channels and works closely with hiring managers to coordinate and guide the interviewing process. Holly is passionate about networking and building relationships with individuals at all levels.

Before joining Copeland Buhl, Holly spent six and a half years at a large, specialized talent firm, where she connected highly skilled job seekers with opportunities in finance and accounting. During her tenure, she was ranked #1 globally for accounting and finance staffing in both 2019 and 2020.

Holly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from the University of Minnesota – Duluth. She is a mom of two and you can often find her taking her kids to the park or going on walks with their dog.
