Emily Hermanek is the Client Service Manager at Copeland Buhl, where she leads the Client Service Coordinator (CSC) team. In this role, she ensures that client service runs smoothly and efficiently, overseeing a team dedicated to serving as a clients’ central point of contact. From gathering documents and signatures to routing questions to the correct team members, she helps ensure that communication stays seamless and that each client’s experience is positive and professional. With a strong focus on project management and process improvement, Emily also works extensively with Copeland Buhl’s client and project database—continually refining workflows to increase accuracy, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

Emily joined Copeland Buhl in 2022, with a wealth of experience gained over a decade in public accounting support roles. She has contributed to many areas, including reception, executive assistance, marketing, IT support, financial statement formatting, e-filing, 1099 processing, and bookkeeping. She holds an Associate in Veterinary Technology from the Minnesota School of Business.

Outside of work, Emily enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, two cats, and two dogs, often crafting or playing games together.
