Diana is skilled in tax compliance, managing projects and staff, and consulting with clients throughout the year—ensuring they are well-informed at both the start and end of each tax season. She also reviews and responds to various State and Federal notices on behalf of clients and stays up to date on evolving tax and compliance issues.
Diana is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Master of Business Taxation from the University of Minnesota – Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Actuarial Science from Michigan Technological University.
