Amy Koju is the Chief Administrative Officer at Copeland Buhl, where she leads the firm’s internal business operations, overseeing finance, human resources, information technology, marketing, and administrative areas.

Amy excels at creating and implementing programs and policies that enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness. With her approachable leadership style, Amy fosters an environment where open communication and collaboration thrive. She also brings deep expertise in financial strategy, budgeting, and data analysis, enabling informed decision-making that supports organizational growth.

Prior to joining Copeland Buhl, Amy was the Chief Financial Officer at a solar energy firm and held key finance roles in professional services and manufacturing. She holds a Master of Business Administration from Hamline University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from St. Cloud State University.

Amy enjoys spending time with her husband and three sons. She is actively involved in the travel baseball community and enjoys playing pickleball in her free time.
