In addition to his many years of experience as a certified public accountant, Lee serves as Copeland Buhl’s certified valuation analyst and is accredited in business valuations. Lee joined Copeland Buhl 30 years ago, after receiving his accounting degree from St. John’s University and working at an international CPA firm for several years. Lee specializes in financial statement presentation, tax planning, business valuations, dispute resolutions, corporate acquisitions and sales, estate and gift valuations, and employee stock ownership plans. An avid hunter and fisherman with a wife and four daughters, Lee is also an active member of the Rotary club of Orono.
Lee is a member of the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts. |
