In addition to being a certified public accountant, Lee also serves as Copeland Buhl’s certified valuation analyst and is accredited in business valuations. Lee came to Copeland Buhl 30 years ago, after receiving his accounting degree from St. John’s University in the mid-70s and working at Deloitte and Touche for almost three years. Lee specializes in financial statement preparation, tax planning, business valuations, dispute resolutions, corporate acquisitions and sales, estate and gift valuations, and employee stock ownership plans. He is a member of the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts.
Lee enjoys traveling all over the world. When he is not spending time with his wife and four daughters, he is either fishing in Canada or golfing.
Lee is a member of the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts. |
